Preliminary Walkthrough, One Week to Closing
We had our first official "walk through" today with the builder. We just went over all the basic functional stuff and put blue tape on paint/caulk areas that needed touching up or fixing. We will have a final walk through one day before we close. Only the grass is missing now. Everything else is already installed. The air conditioning was turned on today for the first time.
